![]() Yes, this option does currently exist in PR. This would also be helpful for grouping together panorama images, focus stacking, or timelapse groupings. It would be really helpful to be able to stack (or group) these three exposures so that only one image would show in the Browse module. For example, if I made 100 compositions, there would be 300 photos. When importing into ON1 PR these all show in the main folder. Typically I shoot three shots (one at the base exposure, one +2 stops and one -2 stops) which allows me flexibility to blend images later or create an HDR image. ![]() Group into Stacks: Like most landscape photographers, I tend to bracket almost all my images. And the color selection, if any, be put around the full image thumbnail instead of just that small swatch. I would love to see the heart be filled with the user selected accent color from the preferences panel to stand out just a bit better. Refine the Color Label and Like Icon: Speaking of color selection, when scrolling though a folder of images it’s easy for me to miss the small color box, and especially the small white heart “Like” icon when it is filled in. It would be helpful to add them to the bottom of the Edit module as well, and there is plenty of room since that area is blank currently. However, there may be times when I edit a photo, go back into Browse and forget to update these. Like most photographers, I have my own personal code using some or all of these selections. You can use stars to rate an image, pick one of several color, or simply “like” an image by choosing the heart icon. How about adding a few more overlays for things like Diagonals, Centered X, or the Golden Spiral?Īdd the Rating, Color Label and Likes Panel to Editing Module: While in Browse, at the bottom center of the panel are the ratings choices for an image. But there are other rules of composition as well. Without question, that’s probably the most used guide for helping to crop an image. You can choose from smoke, fog, clouds, lightning, lens flares, paint and spray can splatters and so many more! How cool would that be to use some of these to enhance your images?Īdditional Crop Overlays: When cropping, you can currently use the Rule of Thirds overlay. And while the world may be round, not everything that needs brushing on an image is! Buildings are square, and the Photoshop universe has a variety of brushes that will boggle the mind. PhotoShop Brushes: Currently, the only brush shape you can use in PR is round. So, while we don’t yet know what new features will be included, here is my wish list for ON1 Photo Raw 2021, listed in no particular order. ![]() This year will be the Photo RAW 2021 release, and just like at Christmastime, us users anticipate the new “presents” (in the form of new features) they will include! Sometimes he came through with a few (never all!) of the items, and sometimes I got socks and underwear.Īs we head into the Fall, it’s typically the time of the year when ON1 releases their next big version of the Photo RAW software. As a kid, I was always looking forward to Christmas so I could send my wish list to Santa. ![]()
